Water bills are mailed on the last business day of each month. Bills are due on the 15th of the month. If the 15th falls on a weekend, bills are due the following business day. Water service is disconnected 10 days after due date.

*If service has been disconnected for non-payment, please call the office, or come in to make a payment. ACH payments will not be posted until 2:00pm the following business day.

Only one dwelling or residence can be served by a meter. Each residence must have its own water meter!

Crittenden-Livingston Co. Water District residents can now make online payments 24/7 with a credit card, debit card or ACH (eCheck). First time users will be prompted to register a new account prior to making payment. When registering, you will need your Account #. If you have more than one utility account with the Crittenden-Livingston Co. Water District, you can add multiple utility accounts under the same login. Please register your main utility account first.

There is a small service fee for processing payment(s) online. The Crittenden-Livingston County Water District receives no money from this convenience fee.
